True North Custom Selected Healthcare Marketing Agency of the Year

The 2021 Medigy Healthcare and IT Marketing Community (HITMC) Healthcare Marketing Agency of the Year, True North Custom—along with our clients at American Health Imaging and Beaufort Memorial—have been recognized for excellence.

2021 Medigy HITMC Award WinnerThis year, True North was select­ed as the Health­care Mar­ket­ing Agency of the Year (provider focus) among an esteemed group of indus­try peers.

Every year, the HITMC hon­ors the indi­vid­u­als and orga­ni­za­tions who dis­tin­guished them­selves over the past year. Nom­i­na­tions for the awards are reviewed and judged by a pan­el of health­care mar­ket­ing, PR and com­mu­ni­ca­tions professionals.

Judges cit­ed the fol­low­ing rea­sons for their selection:

True North Cus­tom helped their clients piv­ot, rebound and dri­ve rev­enue through the pan­dem­ic. They also man­aged to launch a very suc­cess­ful new pod­cast series. Here is how their clients describe them: “A true part­ner in every sense of the word” and “Cre­ative and respon­sive — they think about our needs proactively”.

“True North Cus­tom is a deserv­ing win­ner of this 2021 Medi­gy HITMC Award,” said John Lynn, Chief Edi­tor and Founder at Health­care Scene, the com­pa­ny behind HITMC. “It is so heart­warm­ing to see all the cre­ative, inspir­ing and effec­tive work that was done last year, despite the dis­rup­tion caused by the pandemic.”

Marketing Campaign of the Year: American Health Imaging

Amer­i­can Health Imag­ing (AHI) is part of US Radi­ol­o­gy Spe­cial­ists, the largest out­pa­tient imag­ing provider in the coun­try. When the COVID-19 cri­sis began, AHI turned to True North Cus­tom to address con­sumer fears and reach more patients who might be delay­ing med­ical imaging.

To illus­trate the impact of this cam­paign, the Medi­gy HITMC Award judges cit­ed the fol­low­ing rea­sons for their selection:

“To rebound from manda­to­ry shut­downs due to COVID-19, this orga­ni­za­tion piv­ot­ed its dig­i­tal mar­ket­ing strat­e­gy to reach, engage patients. The cam­paign had an 18.27% con­ver­sion rate which trans­lat­ed to over 2,000 total con­ver­sions dur­ing the height of the pan­dem­ic at only $22.47 per lead.”

Landing Page of the Year: Beaufort Memorial

Beau­fort Memo­r­i­al offers tele­health via their BMH Care Any­where plat­form. Like many oth­er health sys­tems in 2020, expand­ed uti­liza­tion of tele­health was a major pri­or­i­ty for Beau­fort in an effort to con­tin­ue serv­ing their community’s health needs while min­i­miz­ing phys­i­cal contact.

To illus­trate the impact of this cam­paign, the Medi­gy HITMC Award judges cit­ed the fol­low­ing rea­sons for their selection:

“Beau­fort Memo­r­i­al offers tele­health via their BMH Care Any­where plat­form. In March and April, BMH Care Any­where increased reg­is­trants by 1,500% with a sim­ple effec­tive land­ing page.”
