Each year, True North Custom conducts a client satisfaction survey to determine how well we’re delivering on our mission to be a true partner to healthcare organizations. We can all agree that 2020 was a tumultuous year, but our commitment to our clients remained constant.
True North Custom received 100% satisfaction scores in several categories, including overall satisfaction, likelihood to refer, content and design quality, and customer service. Of course, there’s always room for improvement, and our core values will continue guiding our efforts to earn client trust and improve the performance of the content and campaigns we create.
